Craig is an extraordinary supporter of Community of Purpose and a true force for good. Over the past decade, Craig has raised more than £8000 for our Break Free programme, tackling holiday hunger for children across Bristol.  His incredible 100k run in a single day is just one example of the lengths he’ll go to make a difference.

Beyond fundraising, Craig has generously donated his professional expertise, completing all the electrical works for our new office free of charge.  He also created the innovative impact triangle, a model that connects sales to charitable giving, showing how business can drive real social change.

Craig is not only a brilliant mind but also a fantastic father and remarkable role model for young people. I would like to thank Craig and his team for resolving several electrical issues in our home. The main task was to replace all the lighting in and underneath our kitchen units, but I wasn't sure where to start. After a quick conversation with Craig, I sent over a video of the work, and he reassured me, saying there was no problem and that they would sort everything out. 

Additionally, we had other electrical concerns, including a plug socket I had wired in, a malfunctioning dimmer switch, and a dead extractor fan. None of these issues were a problem. The job was booked efficiently, and the day before, Nick called to discuss our lighting preferences (warm or cool) and explained what they would supply and fit. 

On the day of the installation, Craig and Nick arrived promptly and worked calmly and professionally. From start to finish, I was very impressed with EMC Electrical. There proactive approach is a breath of fresh air, they replaced spotlights with LED versions, they removed, they recommended a particular type of extractor fan and bonus points, as it looks very smart. Throughout the process they maintained a tidy workspace and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. 

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig and his team for any electrical work.

EMC recently completed Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) at our office in Tredegar. Jason and his colleague attended our premises, at all times adhering to strict Covid-19 guidelines.
