After our electric oven and grill stopped working we had 2 different engineers out to look at it and on the 3 visit between them the engineers suggested it was an issue wit the neutral feed and to contact an electrician.
I immediately received a quote by email which I accepted to confirm the booking and on Monday midday on the dot Craig arrived and in half an hour had identified the issue, which was the cable feeding the cooker was too thin and had burned out. Within the hour he had replaced the cable, taken his notes, put the cook back and left.
